We do require 24 hours notice to cancel appointments.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please kindly inform us to reschedule. A late cancellation fee will be charged at the provider’s discretion.

Information about Good Faith Estimates
All of our clients who are self pay or choose not to utilize their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) per federal law as of January 1, 2022. A Good Faith Estimate discusses the expenses you can expect to pay for your services provided by Andover Family Counseling and the Independent Contractors.
